Clothes are made to fit the ideal size and a size chart is provided for customers to view before purchasing to avoid misfitting.
Please contact the Velz Monroe team if any item is damaged or incorrect immediately. We will exchange it or provide a refund for damaged and incorrect items ONLY! If not contacted within 24 hours of delivery, your order will be deemed invalid even if it is damaged. Orders are processed in 48 hours. Once orders are processed, it cannot be changed. Please contact us if you will like to cancel your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order goes through. Please check your cart before checking out. Your tracking number will be sent once the shipping label is printed. Once your shipping label is printed, we cannot and will not cancel your order due to the 48 hours you had to contact us. Packaging can take up to 1-2 days. Shipping can take up to 7 business days depending on where you are located.
If any orders are placed on a Friday, it does not get shipped until that following Tuesday due to Saturday and Sunday not being business days.
All Orders That Get Sent Back To Us Due to Insufficient Addresses Will Result In a $15 Restocking/Redelivery Fee.
