How Long Does It Take To Ship?

Orders typically take 48-72 business hours to process unless on Peak Mode.
If orders are placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will not start processing until that following Monday which means it will not ship until that Tuesday or Wednesday.

However, Official Shipping Days are Tuesdays & Fridays. 

Depending on the volume of the business, orders can go out the same day. 

Your Order WILL NOT sit if it doesn't need to.



What is Peak Mode?

Being that one person runs Velz Monroe, Peak Mode is when orders are at a higher volume than usual and the brand is at its peak time where the owner is swamped with orders.
Your order will be shipped in the order it was received.

ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED. 

SHIPPING WILL TAKE UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. 

ORDERS ARE USUALLY SHIPPED ONCE A WEEK ON WEDNESDAYS 

Customers will be informed the day when peak mode is going to be in effect. The store will never be closed and orders can be made at any time. Just be aware of the time frame when you make your order.

What Shipping Carriers do you use?

We ship only with the United States Postal Service (USPS) for now.

What if my package says delivered and I don't have it?

Most likely it is still in transit. The USPS tend to mark items as delivered and have not delivered it. We ask to give it two business days and then contact us after if you haven't received your package to further assist you.

If your order is marked delivered, and we do not hear from you stating you did not receive it within 48 hours after the time frame of it being delivered, we no longer have control over the situation. You will have to contact your local post office.

What if I want something custom or my logo?

Unfortunately, we do not make any logos. We do supply different pendants and if you do not see it on our website, please send a detailed email with an image of what pendant you are looking to purchase. If we can provide the requested pendant, we will send you an invoice. All custom orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for discount or promo.

Any invoices left unpaid after 24 hours, will be canceled. 

Is There A Store Front Where I Can Purchase?

We are only sold online through our eCommerce store.
If you need your order promptly, try to order as soon as you see the item and use the express shipping method which takes 2 business days to be shipped then 1-3 business days to be delivered depending on location.

If My Item Is Damaged, Can I receive a new one?

If your item is damaged, we will send you information to file a complaint with your local post office. Claims usually take ample amount of time to complete. Therefore, please report the damaged item immediately.

If I do not want the item anymore, what do I do?

Before ordering, please read our return policy. We encourage our customers to read and research before ordering our products.
